whereisnoa llc provides in-person VR exhibit experiences. We do not ship physical goods to your home.

Missing Tickets: If you do not receive your digital ticket via email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact contact@whereisnoa.com.

Ticket Delivery: Upon successful payment, your digital ticket will be delivered immediately to the email address provided during checkout.

Entry Method: To “receive” your service, simply present your digital ticket (on your phone or printed) at the exhibit location in your city at your scheduled time.

Hardware Provision: All hardware required for the experience is delivered to you on-site at the venue by our staff.
